How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses? Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise total shipped to each address. Each address will require an individual order and payment.

Returns and / or Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied.

By mail Fill out the return / exchange portion of the packing slip enclosed with your order. Send back the item. If you are exchanging for the same item in a different size, you will not be charged for return shipping costs for the first exchange. If you are exchanging for a different item or this is a second exchange of the same item, shipping charges will need to be paid before the second exchange is mailed.

If you no longer have the packing slip, please contact us before returning the item. Please include your name and address with all returns or exchanges.
