Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies kc.vanderbilt.edu/kennedy/pals/ Developed by Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and Vanderbilt University, this website provides resources related to implementing peer-assisted learning strategies, including a list of articles providing research support for the model, example lesson plans, and opportunities to purchase manuals.
PBIS: Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports www.pbis.org National technical assistance center on positive behavioral interventions and supports. This website provides schools with information and technical assistance for identifying, adapting, and sustaining effective school-wide disciplinary practices.

Florida Center for Reading Research www.fcrr.org/ This website provides reviews of reading programs, addressing the research base behind the program, the grade levels the program is appropriate for, reading areas targeted in the program, and various components of the program (e.g., systematic, explicit, etc &). It is a great resource for evaluating the appropriateness of a reading program for a given need.
University of Oregon-Reading reading.uoregon.edu This is an excellent website reviewing the 5 Big Areas of reading along with instruction, curricula, and assessment information in the context of the 5 Big Areas. It also reviews a 3-tier schoolwide reading model.
Oregon Reading First oregonreadingfirst.uoregon.edu Reviews high priority reading supplemental and intensive programs.
University of Texas-Reading www.texasreading.org Reviews reading research, materials, and professional development initiatives from the University of Texas. Includes information from Vaughn Gross Center for Reading and Language Arts, including a description of a 3-tiered reading model; much about scientifically based research interventions; publications, presentations.

CORE (The Consortium on Reading Excellence) http://www.corelearn.com/ The Consortium on Reading Excellence serves as a literacy advisor for a number of schools across the country. This website provides information about the current reading research as well as a few implementation stories from various schools who have used CORE as their literacy advisor. The site also lists all of the workshops that CORE offers. Finally, it offers a feature that allows schools to chart their own customized path to literacy success.

Responsiveness-to-Intervention Symposium http://www.nrcld.org/symposium2003/ The National Research Center on Learning Disabilities sponsored a two-day symposium focusing on RTI issues.
