Two years ago, the first-ever ISPA Spirit Award was given. This award is given to individuals or groups who have made significant contributions to the association. This year’s recipient group has annually co-sponsored the ISPA/DUSPP Intern and Supervisor Workshop. The annual workshop takes place at the beginning of the school year and provides an opportunity for interns and supervisors to come together to prepare for a year of collaboration. GASP assists with the event by appointing a coordinator who assists with planning the conference, organizing and staffing the registration area, and providing monitors for each breakout session. For those who have attended, the contributions by this student organization have helped to make the day a pleasant event for all involved.
