Kevin Stufflebeam is employed by the Special Education Association of Peoria County and works in Dunlap School District 323. Kevin is described in his letters of support as calm, patient, sensitive, diligent, and remarkable. One administrator wrote, “Mr. Stufflebeam is a true professional, interested not only in his individual assignment, but education in general.” One of his colleagues stated, “Kevin will always represent the best interest of the students he serves regardless of the circumstances or any political pressures.” Kevin is viewed as a RTI expert within his district, has served on the ISPA Governing Board as a Regional Director for several years, and has played a key role in the revitalization of the long-dormant local association of school psychologists in the Peoria area.
