Intern Selection State-Wide Decision Date

This is the notice to employers (intern supervisors and administrators) related to the 2010/11 Intern Selection State-Wide Decision Date of March 15, 2010. The plan is to have each of our students provide a copy of this letter to those they interview with for internships.

Internship Interview: Things to Consider

This internship interview tip sheet, “Internship Interview: Things to Consider,” was a collaborative effort of the 2009/2010 ISPA Intern/Student representatives and several School Psychologists/Professors across the state of Illinois. We have tried to incorporate tips and knowledge from experiences of interviewers/interviewees in these groups. It is the Representatives’ hope that this document will help students during the interview process and provide better expectations. Also, we anticipate districts/co-ops and School Psychology graduate programs may use this document as a beneficial tool in their settings.

Research Assistance and Cooperation

From time to time we receive requests from School Psychology students and interns to respond to surveys or questionnaires related to research they must do to meet requirements for their degrees.
