ISPA Annual Convention Refund Policy

We will do our best to honor your requests for substitutions at any time. For a cancellation received before January 31, 2006 (for ISPA’s Convention beginning on February 16, 2006) a $15.00 service fee will be deducted from your refund. For a cancellation received after January 31, 2006, a $30.00 service fee will be deducted from your refund.

ISPA Fall Workshop Refund Policy

For cancellations received more than one week before the ISPA Fall Workshop you are scheduled to attend, a $10.00 service will be deducted from your refund. For cancellations received less than one week prior to the workshop you are scheduled to attend, a $50 service will be deducted from your refund.

ISPA Membership Dues Refund Policy

ISPA membership dues are not refundable or transferrable.
