We are excited to report that NASP has been nominated to receive the 2017 Outstanding Organization Award from the Child Mind Institute. NASP has been selected as one of five finalists from hundreds of organizations considered for the award. You can help NASP be named the 2017 recipient by casting your vote https://childmind.org/campaign/2017-change-maker-awards/.

The Child Mind Institute is a national, independent nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families faced with mental health and learning disorders. NASP has partnered with Child Mind for a number of years on their Speak Up for Kids campaign. Their annual Change Maker Awards celebrate individuals and organizations that raise awareness and dispel stigma, help children and families directly, or work to transform the way we understand and treat mental health and learning disorders.

NASP is the only organization representing school-employed professionals to be considered for this award. Help NASP become the final recipient by voting online now. Voting closes April 4. As always, thank you for all do you to serve children, schools, and families, and to make NASP such a respected organization. Voting link: https://childmind.org/campaign/2017-change-maker-awards/.

Voting isn't restricted to NASP members, so feel free to ask your friends and family members to vote for NASP.

Thank you.
